REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases where the fault lies with us.

Order Changes:
Changes like size, article, or addition/removal can be made within 48 hours from placing the order.

Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 3% cancellation fee applies, refunded to the original payment mode in 14-18 working days.

Return:
Initiate a return request by filling out the form here. Returns must be sent to the provided address upon acceptance.

We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds take 14 business days. Sale and discount items are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact our team for return instructions; unauthorized returns won't be accepted. Baroque may reject misused return requests or items with missing tags.

Damages and Issues:
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours for assistance.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items like customized articles and service charges (e.g., priority stitching) cannot be returned. Contact us for specific concerns.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Zylo.pk reserves the right to reject a return request for misusing our policy or a product received with missing components.
