We offer a 10-day Exchange policy from the order delivery date. To qualify for an exchange, products must:
Be purchased from Zylo's online store with an Invoice.
Be unused and in the original delivered state.
Include the original packing with attached labels.
To expedite the process, please attach clear images of the products you are returning.
Sale items are non-exchangeable unless faulty. Exchanges or returns are not valid for Dupattas and Shawls unless defective. Exchanges will be processed at the original item price, not the sale price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, charged at the time of sending the article back. Additionally, a PKR 500 fee will be applied upon delivery for the exchange article.
For any damaged or missing items, report the concern within 48 hours to our customer care team.
We are not responsible for items delivered domestically and then shipped internationally to a third party.
All exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item is unavailable, a coupon code will be issued for online use within 12 months. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Online exchange processing takes approximately 7-10 days after verification.
Zylo reserves the right to reject exchange requests for misuse of our policy or if the product is received with missing tags and not in the correct condition.

Customers must ship the items back for exchange to the address provided by our team.
For a faulty/incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed as an online credit voucher.
For the exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer covers the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team.
